From floorplan PDFs to structured JSON and Google Sheets

Every new development ships with the same stack of source files: floorplan PDFs, pricing sheets, and brochure pages packed with unit numbers, square footage, beds and baths, and availability. The information is all there — but it is trapped inside layouts designed for print, not for software.

The manual bottleneck

Sales teams usually re-key that data by hand into spreadsheets before they can power a website, kiosk, or inventory board. That work is slow, error-prone, and repeats every time marketing sends an updated brochure. A single typo in unit 1204 can show the wrong price on a live sales floor.

What SheetCube does

SheetCube reads floorplan packages and brochure PDFs directly, identifies unit tables and plan details, and converts them into structured JSON. You upload the files once; SheetCube handles the parsing and normalization so your team does not have to transcribe rows from a PDF.

The output is clean, machine-readable data: unit identifiers, plan names, bed and bath counts, interior and exterior square footage, pricing fields, and availability status — ready to plug into downstream tools.

Google Sheets as your source of truth

JSON is great for developers, but sales and marketing teams live in spreadsheets. SheetCube can create a Google Sheet from the parsed data and share it with the account you sign in with. Your team edits availability, pricing, and notes in a familiar interface while websites, kiosk PWAs, and generated brochures stay in sync from the same structured source.

Floorplans and brochures together

Floorplan PDFs are the most common input, but the same pipeline works for brochure pages that list units in tabular form. Whether the data lives on a stacked floorplate diagram or a spread of unit cards, SheetCube extracts it into one consistent schema instead of separate manual workflows per document type.

From upload to live sales tools

Once structured, the data can flow anywhere: download JSON for custom integrations, open a shared Google Sheet for day-to-day updates, or preview a generated property website that reads from the same inventory. One upload replaces hours of copy-paste and gives your sales center a single source of truth that updates in real time.
