What We Collect
SheetCube collects the files you upload, your Google account email address, generated parsing results, and basic usage information needed to operate and improve the service.
How We Use Your Data
We use uploaded floorplan files to generate structured sales data, JSON files, and Google Sheets. When you connect Google, we use your Google account only to identify you and, with your permission, create or share Google Sheets related to your uploaded floorplan package.
Google User Data
SheetCube uses Google user data only to provide user-requested features, including sign-in, creating Google Sheets, and sharing generated Sheets with the account used in the app. We do not sell Google user data or use it for advertising.
Sharing
We share generated Google Sheets only as needed to provide the service, such as sharing a generated Sheet with the signed-in user or with SheetCube service infrastructure used to power websites, kiosk apps, and related sales materials.
Retention
Uploaded files and generated results may be retained so users can access their outputs and so SheetCube can avoid duplicate processing. You can request deletion of your data by contacting us.
Security
We use access controls, private storage, and limited service credentials to protect uploaded files and generated outputs. No online service can guarantee absolute security.
